Youth Lifestyle Fit Program
The Youth Lifestyle Fit Program focuses on changing your children's eating and exercise habits to make them healthier now and set the stage for good lifelong habits.
Approximately 17% of our youth ages 2-19 are obese. The primary factors are a poor diet and a lack of physical activity. Obese children have a high likelihood of becoming obese adults.
At Lifestyle Fit Now my focus is to change the eating habits of young clients and to incorporate physical activity into their daily life. I do not place children on “diets.” I work to change their lifestyle to improve their health and to make them more fit.
All participants 12 and younger will be required to have a parent or guardian present at all sessions.
